Endeavor Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, takes pride in delivering a safe, reliable, and customer-focused travel experience. Flying as Delta Connection, Endeavor operates 130 regional jets on 700 daily flights to 126 destinations in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Endeavor is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn., with hub operations located in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, and Raleigh-Durham, and 11 maintenance bases across our network. At the heart of our operation, over 5,000 employees keep us soaring and help ensure Endeavor sets the standard for excellence in the regional airline industry.
From flight school to flying the line, Endeavor’s Student to Endeavor Pilot Program – or STEP – gives you special access to our team. From informational sessions to personal encouragement, we are committed to helping you navigate the steps from classroom to cockpit.
Consider this your first “step” to flying at Endeavor, and eventually, Delta Air Lines.
STEP is a program for aviation students and flight instructors to help prepare you for a successful career as a pilot in the airline industry. Endeavor Air will make regular visits to give presentations, answer questions, and — when you’re ready — conduct on-site interviews.
The only requirement for participation in STEP is that you are a flight student or instructor at one of our focus schools. You also must be willing to share your contact information with us. We do not require a formal commitment or signed agreement, nor are you required to accept a job offer with Endeavor. Our goal is simply to help you succeed.
